The postage is calculated during the purchase process, at a certain time you will be asked to enter the postal code for the delivery of the product and the system will automatically calculate the postage value, the result of this calculation will be added to the purchase price thus forming the value total to be paid.

Hobby 351 uses several services for the delivery of its products, whose transportation time may vary according to the recipient's region. So, be aware of the status of your order and make sure that there will be someone able to receive the order.

If delivery is not made, there will be 02 (two) later attempts, however if all delivery attempts are still unsuccessful, the product will return to our storage.

All orders to be delivered will be in boxes or envelopes. If the consumer finds that the packaging is broken, refuse the goods at the time of delivery, thus avoiding further inconvenience.

Hobby 351 only sends orders to the address specified by the customer, as described in the order. Deliverers are not allowed to install, assemble, disassemble, move, connect, test or perform any task that implies handling the delivered products, under any circumstances.

CTT

Orders will be shipped within 24 working hours, after receipt of proof of payment. All orders are sent by registered mail, as a way to guarantee the proper follow-up of the delivery and the arrival of the items in perfect condition.
