EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Defective product exchange
Hobby 351 will exchange the product (s) purchased by its Customers, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code.
The option to exchange the product will only be available in the event of an addiction or defect, and the Customer must communicate via email suporte@hobby351.com and follow the instructions received so that the exchange order can be analyzed and processed.
If a technical or manufacturing defect is identified, the deadline for requesting an exchange / return is up to 90 (ninety) consecutive days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.
In the event of delivery of products other than those originally purchased, the customer must refuse to receive or request an exchange of the product within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt.
If the product to be exchanged is no longer available, the Customer may choose to:
Exchange voucher for use in a next purchase, including the cost of postage, if charged;
Exchange for another product available on www.hobby351.com of the same value as the product purchased, including postage, if charged;
Restitution of the value of the product, including the amount paid for the postage.
Purchase regret (return)
If the Customer regrets a purchase, he may exercise his right by expressing his interest to the email suporte@hobby351.com within 15 (fifteen) consecutive days after receiving the product.
The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, the return will not be possible.
Products must be sent in their original sealed packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Once the purchase has been canceled, Hobby 351 will adopt the measures and the amounts will be refunded to the Customer according to the payment method used to make the purchase: being deposited in a current account, within up to 5 (five) business days, or activation of the credit card company, within 2 (two) business days, so that it communicates the financial institution responsible for the credit (chargeback), which may occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
